​The property is a glamour rooftop space newly remodeled boasting incredible panoramic sea views and an ideal location close to the beach, located on the 4th and last floor of a seaside modern complex with walled back courtyard very adjacent to beach.

Two bedrooms are in the suite, respectively with a large double bed (kingsized) and 2 single beds, air-conditioning both bedrooms.

All bedrooms are are bright, welcoming, and offer the maximum comfort. A large pull-out sofa bed that can accomodate comfortably 2 guests is also in the space.

The living room opens to a landscaped terrace and a balcony overlooking the ocean.

 

Open-plan layouts, ample windows that offer plenty of light, floor-to-ceiling glass doors bring the seaviews inside, creating a bright, breezy ambience. The kitchen is spacious, bright and equipped with all appliances.

 

The property has a large landscaped sun terrace literally stretching out the ocean and furnished with sun loungers, hammock, outdoor furnitures, rooftop vegetation.

 

Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio.

- To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received by bank transfer not less than 30 days prior to arrival, or paid cash at the check in (we do not accept credit cards).

 

- The deposit should be paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

 

30 days prior to the arrival: 100% refund.

​

30-14 days prior to the arrival: 50% refund

​

Less than 14 days prior the arrival: no refund.
