The apartment has been newly remodeled, equipped with modern, stylish yet comfortable furnishings and can accommodate up to 4 guests, or families with up to 6 people.

The living room opens directly to the balcony boasting incredible panoramic sea views and is equipped with metal-framed dining table and chairs, modern sofa (upon request turning into a pull-out double sofa bed), and contemporary artwork.

Two bedrooms are in the house, sun-drenched and with expansive custom closet space. One bedroom has a comfy large double bed (king sized), the other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.

The kitchen is bright, spacious and equipped with all appliances and utensils.

​

Bicycles are available to explore the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio, the adjacent countryside or the nearby villages.

- To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received by bank transfer not less than 40 days prior to arrival, or paid cash at the check in (we do not accept credit cards)

- The deposit should be paid by bank transfer

Cancellation Policy:

30 days prior to the arrival: 100% refund

​

30-14 days prior to the arrival: 50% refund

​

Less than 14 days prior the arrival: no refund
